Garage Door Repair in Las Vegas
When your garage door quits, you want someone who picks up the phone, shows up when they say, and charges what they quoted. That is the whole job here.
Overview
Garage Door Repair
Fast, honest repair for doors that won't open, close, or move right, anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley.
Most Las Vegas garage door problems trace back to four parts: springs, cables, rollers, and the opener. We diagnose the real cause instead of selling you the most expensive fix. A door that bangs and won't lift is almost always a broken torsion spring, not a dead opener, replacing the opener there would be a waste of your money. We will tell you straight what needs to happen and what can wait.
Common problems we solve
- Door won't open or close, or only moves a few inches
- Loud bang from the garage and the door now won't lift (snapped spring)
- Door reverses before it hits the floor, or won't stay down
- Grinding, scraping, or rattling on every cycle
- Remote or wall button does nothing
What to expect
When we arrive
- We arrive in the quoted window and look at the whole system, not just the obvious part.
- You get a written, flat price before any wrench turns. No surprise add-ons.
- We carry common springs, rollers, cables, and opener parts on the truck, so most repairs finish same visit.
- We test balance, force settings, and the safety reverse before we leave.

Garage Door Repair FAQs
How fast can you come out for a garage door repair in Las Vegas?
Most days we can get to you the same day across Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, and Enterprise. Call early and you often get a morning or early-afternoon slot. After-hours emergencies are handled by phone.
My door slammed shut and won't go up. What happened?
Almost always a broken torsion spring. You may have heard a loud bang like a firecracker. The opener cannot lift the door's full weight without the spring, so it stalls. Do not keep hitting the button, that can burn out the opener. Call us and we will replace the spring, usually same day.
Do you charge a service call fee?
We quote the repair as a flat price before we start, so you know the full cost up front. We do not run the bait-and-switch '$49 special' that balloons once a tech is in your driveway. If you decide not to proceed, there is only a small diagnostic fee, and we tell you that number on the phone.
Can you fix any brand of door or opener?
Yes. We work on Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Martin, and other door brands, and LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, and Liftmaster-compatible openers. The hardware (springs, cables, rollers) is fairly universal, so brand is rarely a barrier.
Is it safe to use my garage door until you get here?
If a spring is broken or a cable is off, stop using it and park the car outside if you can. A door under a failed spring can drop fast. If it is just noisy or the remote is acting up, it is usually fine to keep using until we arrive, but we will tell you for sure on the phone.
How long does a typical repair take?
A spring or cable replacement is usually 45 to 90 minutes. Roller swaps and opener fixes are similar. We carry common parts on the truck, so most repairs are one visit, not a 'we have to order the part' runaround.
Why is my garage door so loud all of a sudden?
Usually worn rollers, dry hinges and bearings, or loose hardware shaking on the desert temperature swings. A tune-up with new nylon rollers quiets most doors dramatically. If it is a grinding metal sound near the top, the bearing plates or spring may be failing.
My door opens by itself or won't respond to the remote. Can you fix that?
Yes. That is usually the opener logic board, the safety sensors at the bottom of the tracks, a worn remote, or interference. We diagnose which one it is rather than guessing, and we can reprogram remotes and keypads on the spot.
Do you replace just the broken part or the whole door?
Whatever actually fixes the problem. A bent bottom panel can sometimes be replaced as a single section. A snapped spring is just a spring. We only recommend a full door when the door itself is genuinely past saving, and we will show you why.
Do you guarantee your repairs?
Yes. Parts we install carry the manufacturer warranty, and we back our labor with a workmanship warranty. If something we fixed acts up, we come back and make it right.
Will a repair fix a door that has been hit by a car?
Often, yes. If the tracks and rollers are bent but the panels are intact, we can straighten or replace the affected parts. If a panel is crushed, we replace that section. We will give you both the repair price and a replacement price so you can choose.
How much does a garage door repair usually cost in Las Vegas?
Most repairs land between about $95 and $450 depending on the part. Spring replacements are typically $250 to $550 for a pair, opener fixes vary, and roller or cable work is on the lower end. You get the exact number before we start, see our pricing page for ranges.
